Tony Carollo

Mr. Carollo was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Syntellect, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise call center software technology. He successfully negotiated and executed the sale of the company to a major corporation and was retained by the acquirer to develop a strategic acquisition plan. He retired from the company on December 31, 2002.

He was also President and Chief Operating Officer of Fujitsu Business Communication Systems (FBCS), a $200 million organization and a major manufacturer of voice/video networks utilizing switching and ATM technology. FBCS has approximately 1,000 employees in 14 branch sales marketing and supporting end user corporate accounts, with manufacturing, finance, and administrative facilities in Anaheim, California.

Prior to his tenure with Fujitsu, Mr. Carollo served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of ROLM Corporation. He was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Business Communications Group, which was established as ROLM’s direct sales and service division. The division grew to 6,000 employees and $900 million in sales. In 1984, ROLM Corporation was acquired by IBM Corporation. He also has served as Vice President of Finance at Arcata Communications, Inc. and held other financial positions at Arthur Andersen Company.

Mr. Carollo is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the AICPA, and he serves on the Board of Directors of Marshall & Iisley Trust Company of Arizona and Spectralink Corporation, the Board of Regents of Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, California.

Stephen A. McConnell

Mr. McConnell’s experiences have ranged from Wall Street investment banking to running a public company to extensive private investments in the Southwestern United States.

In 1991, he became President of Solano Ventures, a private equity firm that focuses on debt and equity investments primarily in Arizona. Business ventures have included several software design firms, high tech manufacturers, construction-related enterprises, and financial services.

From 1998 to 2004, he was Chairman and majority stockholder of G-L Industries, LLC, a Salt Lake City-based manufacturer of wood glu-lam beams used in the construction industry.

Between 1991 and 1997, he served as Chairman of the Board and majority stockholder in Mallco Lumber & Building Materials, Inc., a wholesale distributor of lumber and doors.

From 1991 to 1995, Mr. McConnell was President and shareholder of Belt Perry Associates, Inc., a property tax appeal firm. He was President & Chief Executive Officer of N-W Group, Inc., a publicly held corporation from 1985 through 1991.

Mr. McConnell presently serves on the boards of Mobile Mini, Inc. and Global Entertainment Corporation as well as a number of private companies.
