Commercial Projects

Here are some of our active and recently completed projects

Commercial Projects

In 2008 with the housing market grinding to a massive slowdown, Schuck reinvented ourselves to become a player in the commercial building market. Starting first as a trim contractor, by the end of 2009 we had established ourselves with some the the major contractors like The Weitz Company, Summit Builders, Sundt Construction and Optima Construction. We have performed beyond the expectations of the contractors to become a contractor of choice.

Sagewood Assisted Living - Weitz (framing, Stucco and Trim)

Construction on the Sagewood project began in 2008. This multi-phase assisted living community is expected to span several years.  The first of 7 proposed phases, which is now complete, consisted of nearly 600,000 square feet is made up of 5 condominium style buildings that are wood frame structures including two larger 4 story buildings. Sagewood is located at the Loop 101 and SR51 in north Phoenix.

ASU Element Student Housing - JLB Construction (Trim)

The ASU Element project was an Arizona State University Student housing project that Schuck and Sons did the doors and hardware. This project highlighted our ability to handle a large project that consisted of both commercial hollow metal doors and frames and residential type prehung doors. It is rare to have a supplier that can hand both types of doors.
