President, CEO

 

Craig was born in Great Falls, Montana and moved with his family to Arizona in the mid 1950's. He graduated from Glendale High School in Glendale, Arizona then attended The College of Eastern Utah in Price, Utah for one year. Craig joined Schuck & Sons as a carpenter in 1972. From 1972 to 1979 he held foreman and superintendent positions. From 1979 to 1990 he was the manager of special projects. Craig was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1990 and held this position until he was made President and CEO in 1997. Craig is active with the National Association of Homebuilders and sits on their Construction Health and Safety Committee. He is past chairman of the Carpenters Council of the Central Arizona Homebuilders Association. He was a founding member of the MSR Lumber Producers Council and serves on thier Board of Directors. He is a former Director of the NHB Research Centers Certified Trade Contractor Program. He serves on the executive committee of Across Arizona Homebuilder Care. He is an active member of the Greater Phoenix Leadership group and serves on the steering committee for the West Valley Culture and Heritage Assessment Plan. He is a Rapport Master Graduate, avid pilot and enjoys hunting, fishing, and ranch life.

 

   
   

Sr. VP / General Manager

 

Scott is a veteran of 21 years both in the construction industry and with Schuck and Sons. In 2006, he was named V.P. of Operations for the company's newly acquired Integrated Stucco business. Prior to this position Scott led the integration team for the stucco acquisition while also serving as Manager of Field Framing and Trim Operations, a position assumed in 2000.

He began his career as a framing carpenter with Schuck and then served in both Forman and Superintendent Position’s for company operations in California and Nevada, before returning to Phoenix. Recognized for his capabilities in project management and process improvement Scott became Superintendent of Field Framing, for the rapidly growing business.

In Scott's current position he is responsible to ensure all projects/business for Integrated Stucco are properly staffed and managed. Client Satisfaction, profit/loss, repeat business, business development, and marketing are key responsibilities.

He is a graduate of Rapport Leadership International plus attended courses on strategic planning, management, and succession planning. Scott has actively participated in numerous Schuck charity and community projects during his career, including Schuck's Extreme Makeover Project.

 

   
   

Corporate Controller

 

John Petrocelli was named Corporate Controller for Schuck & Sons on February 16th, 2007. John came over to Schuck as part of the Integrated Stucco acquisition, where he was the Controller since July of 2005. In January of 2008, John assumed all of the financial management duties for the company which currently includes overseeing the day to day operations of the accounting, credit, human resource and IT departments in addition to the administration of risk management and inventory control.

John graduated from Arizona State University (BS in Accounting) in 1984 and began his career working for two years as the assistant controller for a large metropolitan newspaper. After spending the next five years as the Controller for a commercial concrete contractor, he spent thirteen plus years as the Controller for a large outdoor products retailer/pool construction company.

John has been through classes for The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and is a current member of the Construction Financial Management Association.
