Schuck and Sons Construction Company was founded in 1966 by Kent Schuck and through his foresight and dedication to quality it has become one of the largest and most respected carpentry contractors in the country. Based on his principles it has produced over 100,000 homes in Arizona, California, Navada, Utah, and New Mexico. In 2005 Schuck and Sons purchased Integrated Stucco and has applied those same business practices to expand their construction footprint. A few of our home builders are highlighted below.
Construction on the Sagewood project began in 2008. This multi-phase assisted living community is expected to span several years. The first of 7 proposed phases, which is now complete, consisted of nearly 600,000 square feet is made up of 5 condominium style buildings that are wood frame structures including two larger 4 story buildings. Sagewood is located at the Loop 101 and SR51 in north Phoenix.

JLB Construction's ASU Element was built in 2009-10 in Tempe, AZ. The 4-story project consisted of 254, 2,3, and 4 bedroom units of student housing, a parking garage, a common area with a fitness room, a game room , a library and coffee shop. Schuck supplied all of the doors, frames, and hardware as well as all of the installation
This project for Pono Construction was a student dormatory. It was built with a very aggresive construction schedule
Built at 16th Avenue and Camelback Rd Phoenix, Arizona by Optima Construction, this project of four 6 and 7 story buildings of upscale condominums was started in 2008 and is still active in 2010.
