Here at Schuck and Sons we have over 40 years of residential construction experience and are one of the largest framing contractors in the southwest. We are an employee owned company with currently over 50 framing crews. All of our crews are hourly paid employees. Most crews consist of 5-10 carpenters, one foreman and truck with equipment for all carpenters. Forklifts and our reach lifts are also supplied per job. For every 5-10 crews we staff a field superintendent and for every 5 superintendents we staff a lead superintendant. Every home we construct is walked for quality by the foreman and superintendent prior to inspections. Every carpenter is trained in fall protection. Here at Schuck we require hard hats and safety glasses to be worn at all times while working on a Schuck and Sons job.
Schuck and Sons is also a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) resecarch center certified trade contractor for all of our framing, stuccok, trim and yard operations.
